Global Marine Logistic started in Alexandria in 2009 as a sea freight forwarder, booking space and handling the paperwork for exporters and importers at the city’s ports.
As our clients asked us to take on more of the chain, we built it in-house: our own customs clearance team, our own GPS-tracked trucks, field reps at the port, and air freight as an IATA Accredited Cargo Agent.
Today eight teams work under one roof, across seven Egyptian ports and the Cairo and Borg El Arab airports, and every shipment has one contact person who follows it from quote to delivery.
