How quickly will I receive a quote?

We reply within 24 hours on business days (Saturday to Thursday). Complex or multi-modal requests can take a little longer, and we tell you when to expect the price.

Is the quote binding?

The online request is for pricing. Final rates depend on space with the carrier, the cargo details and the sailing. Your GML contact sends a formal quotation for you to accept.

Can I fill in the ports from the Sea Route Planner?

Yes. Pick both ports in the Sea Route Planner and press Get an FCL quote or LCL quote; this form opens with the route filled in.

Which Incoterm should I choose?
