Air Freight FAQ

What is the difference between express, standard and deferred air freight?

Express takes the earliest available flight, for urgent spare parts, samples or production inputs. Standard uses scheduled services at a lower cost, and deferred consolidation saves more when transit time is flexible. We advise the best option for your deadline and budget.

Which airports do you work in?

We handle export and import air cargo through Cairo International and Borg El Arab airports, with ground handling, customs and delivery coordinated from both.

How long does an air freight quotation take?

We reply within 24 hours on business days (Saturday to Thursday) once the route, weight, dimensions and commodity are confirmed. Use our online quote form to reach the air desk faster.

Can you handle temperature-sensitive or dangerous goods?

Yes, subject to airline approval and the right documents. Temperature-sensitive cargo may need monitoring in transit, and dangerous goods need the IATA class, UN number and MSDS. Mention any special requirements in your quote request.

Can you collect from my factory?

Yes. Our own GPS-tracked trucks collect from your factory or warehouse and deliver to the airport before the cut-off, while our customs team prepares the export clearance.
